The company:<\/h6>

Our client is an owner-managed, Germany-based window manufacturing company. Thanks to its high standard of craftsmanship, technically sophisticated solutions and an efficient machine park with a high degree of automation, the company has established itself as a reliable partner in the demanding construction sector. In preparing the succession plan, we worked with the company\u2019s management to analyse the initial situation and developed a bespoke transaction concept that took into account both business continuity and the owners\u2019 interests.<\/p>

The challenge<\/h6>

The transaction was triggered by the impending business succession in an environment where suitable successor shareholders are not always easy to find. It was crucial to identify a buyer who would safeguard the company\u2019s location and assets whilst respecting the values of a medium-sized, owner-managed business. We were commissioned to set up a structured, orderly M&A process, identify suitable successors and support the shareholders confidentially and proactively at every stage of the process.<\/p>

The solution: an investment company as a partner<\/h6>

As part of a process managed by us, a suitable investment company was secured as the successor shareholder. As a financial investor with experience in the SME sector, it brings the necessary stability and vision to further develop the company at its existing location and secure its succession in the long term. We supported the entire M&A process \u2013 from drafting the transaction concept, through preparing the documentation and approaching suitable investors, to the due diligence phase and support with notarial formalities \u2013 thereby contributing to a succession solution that was satisfactory for all parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
