Volker Klosowski

has more than 30 years of experience in SME and group structures. 20 years of which he was either a managing director or a member of the Board of Management. In 2001, he first became a member of the Board of Management of RWTÜV for three years before being appointed to the Board of Management of TÜV NORD AG. In 2012, he took over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Board of Management of TÜV Rheinland AG for three years.

In the course of his career, he has held more than 20 supervisory and advisory board mandates, 10 of them as Chairman. In this role, he has accompanied and successfully implemented 15 global mid- and large-cap M&A projects.

After graduating in engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund, he started his career as an expert and project manager on several technical investment projects. These were worldwide in the fields of process engineering, energy technology, metal processing and water treatment on-site.
